6.1 Q: What is the Cyanlite product MOQ?

A: We understand that for lighting projects, the demanded product quantity for each product model and each project is very unpredictable. And we cannot ask our customers to buy more than the project needed. So as a customer-oriented and flexible supplier partner, we do NOT have a MOQ requirement for our standard products, to assist our customers in winning more projects. However, due to the higher material and operating cost for a small order, the product unit price usually will be a little higher for those small orders.

6.2 Q: Can Cyanlite offer customized/bespoke products?

A: Yes, customization and the bespoke product are one of Cyanlite’s strengths.

6.3 Q: Which particular luminaire parameters can I choose for my special projects?

In Cyanlite our goal is deliver what customer needs. You can have bespoke luminaires with customized parameters, below are the examples we have done before.

6.4 Q: Does Cyanlite have experience in lighting niche markets for specialty applications?

A: Yes, we do. Cyanlite is very experienced and has done many premium customized projects for office, education, healthcare, architectural and specialty applications, where conventional lighting is not acceptable due to size or function, such as metal ceiling systems, elevator, and prison applications.

6.5 Q: Can I have my special color box and logo for the packaging?

A: Yes, you can. ODM packaging is welcome, you can send us your artworks for the package, or you just let us know your idea and our professional marketing department will work out the artworks for your approval.
