4.1 Q: What is Cyanlite’s delivery time for samples and container order?

A: Normally Cyanlite will deliver the samples of standard products within 1-2 weeks depending on the stock availability, and 4-5 weeks lead time for container order. For the customers who provide continuous forecast and stock plan, Cyanlite is delivering the container order within two weeks.

4.2 Q: What if I have a super urgent order? How fast can Cyanlite deliver?

A: In general, the delivery time consists of 3 parts: 2-3 weeks lead time for raw material, 1-1.5 weeks for production, and 0.5 weeks for testing and packaging, hence the bottom neck usually is the raw material.

Most Cyanlite products are designed with industry-standard components which means the supply is more flexible, and due to our outstanding Supply Chain Management, we will also have 2nd sources for the key components and some stock for urgent orders. Thus, for the customer’s urgent order, Cyanlite will seek the available stock material from our supply chain base, and this will reduce the total delivery time significantly to 2 weeks. But in this way, the entire cost will be higher than usual due to the higher material price, overtime work, and higher operating cost.

A long run and better solution will be working out a continuous forecast or long delivery time raw material stock plan together with Cyanlite and customers, to ensure a stable and faster delivery time at a competitive cost.

4.3 Q: How is Cyanlite product packaging? Is it strong enough for shipment and transportation?

A: We use quality multi-layer corrugated boxes and the ECO stuff material to protect the products, making sure the product can overcome the vibration during the transportation and drop test and arrives at you safely. And there's a manual showing you how easy it's to install the product.

Take our LED round Panel Cynthia for example, one-piece foam, and all-in package (driver, canopy, suspension kit and accessories all in one packaging box). It offers 360° protection to the product during transportation. Manual and all the kits are in the same box. Quick unpacking on-site and easy for installation, saving your time and costs and making installers happy.

4.4 Q: Can I have a door to door delivery service?

A: Yes, Cyanlite can arrange the logistics and deliver the products directly to address you specified. Besides standard FOB term, Cyanlite can offer various Incoterms from EXW to DDP.
